حالات بہتر ہونے پر 15 اگست سے اسکول کھول دیں گے۔مراد راس

وزیرتعلیم پنجاب نے کہا ہے کہ اگر حالات بہتر ہوئے تو 15 اگست سے اسکول کھول دیں گے۔

ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایک کلاس میں  صرف 20 بچوں کو بیٹھنے کی اجازت دی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ موجودہ حالات میں15 جولائی سے سکول کھولنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا سکتی۔ گزشتہ ہفتے قومی اسمبلی اجلاس میں اظہار خیال کرتے ہوئے وفاقی وزیرتعلیم نے کہا تھا کہ بین الصوبائی کانفرنس میں ملک بھر میں تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کا فیصلہ کریں گے۔انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ  ہم نے ملک میں سب بچوں کو پاس کردیا ہے۔ یہ بین الصوبائی کانفرنس کا فیصلہ تھا۔ تاہم اس کی راہ میں کچھ قانونی مسائل درپیش ہیں۔ جن کو دور کیا جارہا ہے۔وزیرتعلیم نے کہا تھا کہ ہم نے سرکاری اسکولز کھولنے کا فیصلہ نہیں کیا۔ 2 جولائی کو بین الصوبائی وزراء کانفرنس منعقد کر رہے ہیں۔ بین الصوبائی وزرائ تعلیم کانفرنس میں تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کا فیصلہ کریں گے۔

انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ نجی سکولوں کی طرف سے تعلیمی ادارے کھولنے کا بہت دباو ہے۔ ہمارے لیے بچوں کی صحت سب سے اولین ہے۔جو بھی فیصلہ کریں گے بہت احتیاط سے کیا جائے گا۔شفقت محمود نے کہاتھا  کہ ہم امتحانات اور پیشہ ورانہ داخلے کے امتحانات کے متعلق ایشوز پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔ ہائیرایجوکیشن کمیشن کا بجٹ پچھلے سال سے زیادہ ہے کوشش کریں گے مزید اضافہ کریں۔

وفاقی وزیرتعلیم  شفقت محمودکا یہ بھی کہنا تھا  کہ دنیا بھر میں یونیورسٹیوں میں ایک استاد کے ساتھ دو اسٹاف ہوتے ہیں۔ یہاں ایک استاد کے ساتھ چھ چھ اسٹاف کی شرح ہے۔ تعلیمی بجٹ کا زیادہ حصہ  ٹیچنگ ریسرچ پر خرچ ہونا چاہیے۔ کوشش کریں گے زیادہ بجٹ دیں لیکن جامعات بھی اپنا اندرونی احتساب کریں۔شفقت محمود کا یہ بھی کہنا تھا  کہ موجودہ حالات میں نئی جامعات کے بجائے معیار بہتر بنانے کے لیے کام کرنا چاہیے۔

وفاقی وزیرتعلیم نے کہا کہ نصابی کتب میں جہاں بھی حضور پاکﷺکا نام آئے گاوہاں خاتم النبیین لازمی لکھا جائے گا۔

This was the decision of the inter-provincial conference. However, there are some legal issues along the way. Which are being removed.  The Education Minister had said that we have not decided to open government schools. Inter-provincial ministers are holding a conference on July 2. The inter-provincial education ministers will decide to open educational institutions at the conference.

He had said that there was a lot of pressure from private schools to open educational institutions. For us, the health of children is paramount. Whatever you decide will be done very carefully. Shafqat Mehmood had said that we are working on issues related to examinations and professional entrance examinations. The budget of the Higher Education Commission is more than last year and we will try to increase it further.

Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood also said that universities around the world have two staffs with one teacher. There is a rate of six staff members per teacher. The bulk of the education budget should be spent on research teaching methodology. Shafqat Mahmood also said that in the current situation, instead of new universities, work should be done to improve the quality.

The Federal Minister for Education said that wherever the name of Holy Prophet (PBUH) appears in the textbooks, Khatam-un-Nabiyyin must be written.
