مالی سال  2020-21ء  کے لیے سرکار 13 ارب 15 کروڑ ڈالر کا قرض لے گئی

پروجیکٹ قرض کی صورت میں132کروڑ ڈالر، پروگرام قرض کی صورت میں300کروڑ ڈالر اور غیر ملکی مالیاتی اداروں سے880کروڑ ڈالر قرضہ لیا جائے گا۔

اس کے علاوہ حکومت اسلامک ڈویلپمنٹ بینک سے100کروڑ ڈالر، سعودی عرب سے 100کروڑڈالرکا تیل ادھار لے گئی، 150کروڑڈالریورو بانڈز اور سکوک بانڈز جاری کرکے قرضے حاصل کرے گی۔

حکومت ملکی بینکوں سے 4 ارب ڈالرجبکہIMF سے 1 ارب 30 کروڑڈالرکالون بھی لے گی۔  جمعہ کے روز حکومت نے نئے مالی سال 2020۔21 کا 7600 ارب روپے کاوفاقی بجٹ پیش کیا ہے،وفاقی بجٹ میں کوئی نیا ٹیکس نہیں لگایا گیا،بجٹ میں کل ریونیو کا تخمینہ 6573 ارب روپے ہے، کل اخراجات کا تخمینہ 7137 ارب روپے لگایا گیا، جبکہ بجٹکاخسارہ 4337 ارب ڈالرہے،بجٹ میں COVID-19کیلئے 70 ارب رکھے گئے۔

اسپیکر اسد قیصر کی زیرصدارت قومی اسمبلی کا اجلاس ہوا۔ جہاں پر مالی سال2020-21 کیلئے 7294 ارب کے حجم کاوفاقی بجٹ قومی اسمبلی میں پیش کیاگیا،

وفاقی بجٹ میں کوئی نیا ٹیکس نہیں لگایا گیا۔ وفاقی وزیر تجارت حماد اظہر نے اپنی  تقریر میں کہا کہ ماضی میں ملکی قرض 31 ہزار ارب تک پہنچ چکا تھا، پاکستانی روپے کی قدر کو مصنوعی طریقے سے بلند سطح پر رکھا گیا، جس سے ایکسپورٹ میں کمی اور امپورٹ میں اضافہ ہوا۔

قدرتی وسائل18ارب ڈالرسے کم ہوکر 10ارب ڈالر سے کم رہ گئے تھے، ملک دیوالیہ ہونے قریب تھا۔بجٹ خسارہ 2300ارب کی بلند ترین سطح پر پہنچ چکا تھا،بجلی کا گردشی قرضہ485ارب کی ادائیگی کے باجود 1200ارب تک پہنچ چکا تھا۔سرکاری اداروں کی تعمیر نو نہ ہونے سے 1300ارب کانقصان ہوا۔منی لانڈرنگ کی روک تھام کیلئے کوئی اقدامات نہیں اٹھائے گئے تھے۔ ہم نے 2019-20ء کا آغاز معیشت کی بہتری کے اہداف کو دیکھ کرکیا جس سے معیشت کو استحکام ملا۔اور اب حکومت نے نئے مالی سال 2020-21 کیلئے حکومت 13 ارب 15 کروڑ ڈالرقرضہ لینے کا فیصلہ کیا ہے۔

On Friday, the government has presented a federal budget of Rs 7,600 billion for the new financial year 2020-21. Total revenue in the budget is estimated at Rs 6,573 billion, total expenditure is estimated at Rs 7,137 billion. While the budget deficit is 43 4337 billion, 70 billion has been set aside for COVID-19 in the budget.

A meeting of the National Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Asad Qaiser. Where the federal budget of Rs 7294 billion for the financial year 2020-21 was presented in the National Assembly.

In his speech, Federal Minister for Commerce Hamad Azhar said that in the past, the national debt had reached Rs 31,000 billion, the value of the Pakistani rupee was artificially kept high, which led to a decline in exports and an increase in imports.

Natural resources fell from 18 18 billion to less than 10 10 billion, the country was on the verge of bankruptcy. The budget deficit had reached a record high of Rs 2,300 billion, revolving electricity debt had reached Rs 1,200 billion despite the repayment of Rs 485 billion. 1300 billion was lost due to non-availability. No steps were taken to curb money laundering. We started the year 2019-20 with a view to improving the economy, which helped stabilize the economy. And now the government has decided to borrow ارب 13.15 billion for the new fiscal year 2020-21.
