Tahir Bahoo is a young motivational speaker and chairman/founder of Fikr e Iqbal society. He was born in 1997 in Gujranwala Pakistan in a middle family and got his earlier education from government schools in Gujranwala. His teachers and parents gave him a hard training during the whole of this period and made him able to survive in troubles and tough situations and taught him never compromise on the dignity of his country.

Bahoo have great academic backgrounds he did Bachelor of Science from university of Sargodha in Pakistan. He have the great passion of rich patriotism with Pakistani nation. He worked on various platforms like he was president of Allama Iqbal Society of Govt. post graduate islamia college Gujranwala during (2013-2015).During this period he arranged number of seminars and awareness walks in this college. After that he founded his own NGO by the name FIKE-E-IQBAL SOCIETY in the last of 2014. He addressed & presided more than 10 national conferences in the age of 20 years about different topics including “One day national debate challenges to Pakistan & its solutions through Iqbal’s vision” and “National conference Iqbal’s message of love & peace for youth” etc. He is promoting teachings of Allama Iqbal R.A in its true spirit and he also suggested many reforms about educational system, IT, Science and technologies, traffic system and political system of Pakistan and got number of awards from the government and other sectors. During this period of five years he got huge experience and established relations with national politicians, public leaders, IT specialists, scientists, Social workers, Bureaucracy and administrations.

And in 2019 he committed to empower the youth and support them in their career development and for the purpose he started to deliver motivational lectures in public and non-public sectors in Pakistan. During his speech at Gujrat police academy while addressing to the officers of Punjab police on 27 Nov 2019 Mr. Bahoo shed light on the challenges faced by young police officials and suggested reforms to the department on the basis of his own analysis. Furthermore, during his presidential speech at one day national conference on the topic "Youth's responsibilities" on 10 October 2018 at chamber of commerce and industries Gujranwala he said that youth is backbone of our nation and our youth have great intelligence level, top leadership of Pakistan should provide a proper direction to youth along with appreciate resources.

We establish Fikr e Iqbalsociety to empower youth and we will keep continue our work. Today  all youngsters are sitting in front of me just promise me , they will work hard, focus on new inventions, be creative and finally serve the humanity by supporting to needy and feed the Hungary”. Youngsters love him just because of his speaking style and motivations. Till the end of 2019 he have delivered more than 200 motivational lectures in police departments, colleges, universities, schools and open public conferences as key-note speaker and got engaged with probably 0.2 million people in Pakistan.

Good wishes of the nation are always with him. We hope in the future he will be a great representative of Muslim Ummah and make fruitful strategies to empower the Ummah.
